Solutions for the application of wireless transmission products in explosive disposal robots
Since the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in the United States on September 11, 2001, countries around the world have regarded anti-terrorism as an important task. In response to the ubiquitous terrorist incidents, anti-terrorism work is becoming more and more important. In today's world, security issues have attracted much attention, and the application demand for bomb disposal robots, which can play a pivotal role in anti-terrorism and anti-riot, is becoming increasingly obvious. In order to ensure the accuracy of the robot's behavior and at the same time limited by the current technical level, most bomb disposal robots in the world are semi-intelligent robots, that is, they need to be controlled and operated remotely by people. Since bomb disposal robots generally turn on high-power jammers on site to block the control signal transmission of some remote-controlled explosives during operation, the anti-interference ability required for communication between humans and robots is very high.
Our company can provide different product solutions for different forms of bomb disposal robots. Generally, two products can be used: COFDM or MESH self-organizing network. COFDM products are mainly used for direct transmission, using a one-transmit-one-receive wireless transmission mechanism. A transmitter is installed on the explosion-proof robot, and a wireless receiver is installed on the back-end receiving part. The wireless frequency band used is generally between 300MHz and 800MHz, and it has strong anti-interference ability. The other is the MESH wireless self-organizing network product, which can be used in more complex on-site environments. The frequency band can be selected from 450MHz-650MHz/1.0GHz-1.5GHz. The advantage of this product is that it is no longer limited to one-to-one transmission and reception. Multiple devices can be used at the same time, and devices can be networked by themselves, which can be flexibly matched according to the on-site environment.
