Adopting pure German colloid technology and ultra-fine glass fiber (AGM) separator, it has low internal resistance and good high-rate discharge performance.
Special additives are added to the positive and negative lead pastes, which have high utilization rate of active materials and strong overcharge and overdischarge acceptance.

The safety valve accurately controls the opening and closing pressures, which can release excess gas caused by misoperation or overcharging, and prevent external gas or sparks from entering the battery to cause self-discharge or explosion. It has excellent performance and long life.
1、Installation, use and maintenance
Install
All batteries are charged when leaving the factory. Be careful to prevent short circuits during transportation and installation.
The battery pack voltage is high, so insulating tools should be used during installation, use and maintenance to prevent electric shock.
The connecting cables should be kept as short as possible to avoid excessive voltage drops.
Before installing the terminal connectors and turning on the battery system, check the total voltage and positive and negative poles of the battery system to ensure correct installation.
Battery connection
Only batteries or battery packs with the same actual capacity can be used in series, and only batteries or battery packs with the same actual voltage can be used in parallel. The connection parts must be tight to prevent sparks; if the contact is poor, the contact surface can be cleaned with soda water. The positive and negative poles must not be connected or short-circuited.
Maintain
If the total floating charge voltage exceeds the range of (13.60±0.20)×nV (n refers to the number of batteries), it should be adjusted, otherwise the battery life will be affected.
Check the floating charge voltage of a single battery once a month and keep records. If the floating charge voltage difference exceeds 0.5V after six months of operation, contact the manufacturer and the manufacturer will send someone to handle it.
Check the connection parts once a year to see if there is any looseness and deal with it in time.
The best ambient temperature is 15℃-25℃, which can obtain a longer service life, and the battery can work at -40℃-50℃.
Try to avoid over-discharge (discharge voltage is lower than the termination voltage) and over-charge (charging voltage is higher than the floating charge voltage for a long time), and charge as soon as possible after discharge, otherwise it will affect the battery life.
Do not use organic solvents but use soapy water to clean the battery. Avoid wiping the battery with a dry cloth that easily generates static electricity.
If the battery needs to be stored, disconnect the battery pack from the charging equipment and load and keep the environment cool, dry and ventilated.
2、Precautions for use
Do not short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery. If short-circuited, there is a risk of battery leakage and fire.
When installing the battery into the machine, the machine should not use a sealed structure. If a sealed structure is used, there is a risk of damaging the machine and causing personal injury.
The operating temperature range of the battery is as follows. If used outside this temperature range, the battery performance and life will be reduced, and it will be damaged or deformed. Discharge -15℃-50℃, Charge 0℃-40℃, Storage -15℃-40℃
Please do not use insulated wires containing plasticizers. In addition, please do not use organic solvents and cleaning agents such as banana oil, gasoline, volatile oil, oil, grease, etc. If these substances come into contact with the battery shell, the battery shell will split or crack, causing battery leakage, fire, etc.
Used batteries should also be recycled, please do not discard them. Please contact a professional service company.
The battery contains dilute sulfuric acid. If the liquid leaking from the battery comes into contact with your skin or clothes, rinse with plenty of water.
Do not disassemble, modify or destroy the battery.
Please replace the battery according to the replacement period specified in the instruction manual or on the machine.
